What does is cost to have a wedding at The Lost Barn and what does it include?

The Lost Barn holds up to 250 guests, although more people can be seated for an outside wedding.

Please click the button below to see available dates. If the calendar shows no events and the date is there, it is open to reserve!

When the contract is signed and a reservation fee is paid your date will be reserved, click the button below to see pricing & fee's.

Final payment is due 30 days before the day of your event. To help you with your budget, recurring payments can be made on your schedule. Taxes will be added to each payment. You will also need to supply a credit/debit card for us to have on file for any potential damages to the grounds or facilities from your wedding/event.

You do NOT need to use our vendors for catering. To make things easy, we have provided a list of caterers with amazing ratings that have provided excellent food & service. If you have a preferred vendor, you are welcome to use them if they are licensed food service providers.

For bar service you MUST use our vendor. We have contracted with only one bar because we know they will take care of our space which was imported from an 1890's bar. They are easy to work with and can make specialty drinks to make your day truly unique!

We currently do not have any farm style tables at the venue but your coordinator can provide farm tables to use.

No. There is a great linen vendor just down the street from us and the caterers or your planner will supply your table settings. Click the button below to see a list of our highest rated wedding vendors.

We understand that the Tri-Cities weather can be unpredictable, which is why we built an addition to our barn! We can move the ceremony inside within a few hours of your event.

On Friday and Saturday, the music and drinks will end at 10PM but the party can continue until 11PM. On Sunday, the music and drinks will end at 9PM and the part can continue until 10PM. An additional 30 minutes will be allowed for cleanup purposes only.

We request that no holes are placed in the walls or the barn wood. There are enough chandeliers and party lights so no additional lighting will be needed.
